The family law attorneys mentor/mentee group normally meets the first Thursday of each month at noon in our office but the April meeting will be held Wednesday, April 4, 2012 because of a scheduling conflict.

Our discussion will focus on how to physically prepare for a trial.  What should your exhibits look like?  How should they be organized and presented to the court? What is the best way to handle witnesses, especially ones who have scheduling issues?  What is actually in your briefcase (or better yet, what should be in your briefcase)?
Please feel free to bring along other attorneys that you feel might benefit from attending our meetings.
